The Gotham - 781 King St. W - Built by Paul Anisman Canadian Equity and Development the Gotham is located on King St. W., just west of Bathurst St.  One of the few mill-style loft convertions in Toronto, the Gotham has proven to be quite popular. Originally a 1917 harness factory, the building has one bedroom suites ranging from 625 sqr. ft. to 1360 sqr. ft., and 1 bedroom plus den/2 bedroom suites ranging from 1145 sqr. ft. to 1900 sqr. ft. Several 650 square foot 2-storey 1 bedroom lofts with balconies exist.  Some features of Gotham Lofts are 9 ½ to 12 foot ceilings, exposed brick, timber columns and joists, large windows and hardwood floors.  Parking is underground and housed in the building next door (the Citysphere, 801 King St. W.).  Facilities include an exercise room and several meeting rooms. The building has too few units to manage a concierge; therefore the security is based upon an electronic enterphone system and shared security with the building next door.  The Gotham Lofts are a funky, authentic condominium loft building that is proving to be one of the finest re-sale properties in the city. If you're interested in a loft for sale in Toronto and like this building, click here Check Availability
